Located between LaVista, Clairmont and Briarcliff Roads, the Oak Grove neighborhood is part of the North Decatur (zip code 30033) and Northlake Atlanta (zip code 30345) communities. The original homes were built in the 1950s and 1960s, with traditional brick ranches and split-levels, but in the last 10 to 15 years more and more new construction homes are being constructed, many selling for over a millon dollars. Public schools in Oak Grove are some of the most sought-after schools inside the perimeter, including Oak Grove Elementary and Lakeside High School.
