The first time Tim & Company helped us find a home, we offered $12k under asking and split closing costs - and the offer was accepted! We loved our first home and sold it (with Tim & Co) 3 years later for a profit, and $15k over asking. Abby worked hard to understand our comps and priced us well, and she and Jojo staged the house to perfection. We had several offers our first weekend and were under contract by Sunday night. Tim & Co also found us our new home in a cute neighborhood in Gwinnett, with excellent schools, a lot of community growth potential, and well within our price. The team worked with a tenacious and difficult seller’s realtor, advocated for us day and night, and got us into our perfect home days before the world shut down. We’re still here, still happy, and love seeing Tim, Abby, Jojo and the rest of the team around town at events. Beyond helping to buy or sell homes, the entire team really feels like they invest in you and your family. They check in, see how the babies are growing, invite us to events, and really work to build and maintain a lovely community. I’ve had many friends that have also worked with Tim & Co and are equally as happy with the quality of their services, as well as the quality of their people. JoJo is the absolute best. She skillfully managed all the ups and downs that go along with buying and selling a home - all while keeping a positive and calm approach to working with us. She's a total pro and made the most amazing videos to promote my townhouse I was selling alongside the stunning photos taken. And she did an amazing job negotiating for us when purchasing our new home. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to be your real estate agent. And, as a bonus, she will make you laugh with her whit and/or dance moves.
